• 400m
• 1 Mile (Limited Field. Top 30 Entries per sex)
• 4x200m mixed relay  (2M 2F or 4M 4F)
• Masters Men Invitational 3000m (10:45 max)
• Lou's 4x1600 Relay - follows individual events.Teams may have any combination of men and women.
  Long Jump - 3 meter board, 1 meter tape for masters
• Triple Jump to follow long jump
• TJ take off at 24', 32' (paint), 36', and 42' (boards). No additional boards. 3 jumps, top 6 overall to final (no separate masters final)
