The Houston marathon course is almost flat, with a high elevation of 84 feet (25.6m) and a low elevation of 23 feet (7m). Its starts at Congress Avenue next to Minute Maid Park. The marathon finish line is at Lamar Street and Crawford Street at the George R. Brown Convention Center.
