Kenya's Emmanuel Korir Shatters 600m indoor World Record

The University of Texas el Paso freshman Emmanuel Korir broke 600m world indoor best on Saturday, January 20, in Albuquerque, NM. 

The Kenyan youngster blazed to a new World Indoor beast of 1:14.97 at the Cherry and Silver Invitational in Albuquerque, New Mexico (USA)  becoming the first man to run 600m indoors faster than 1:15min.
