Watch: Deer Sends Cross Country Runner Flying

 A cross country runner Justin DeLuzio of Gwynedd Mercy University was sent flying following a collision with a deer. 

The  unprecedented action occurred last Saturday during the men's 8km race at the DIII Mid East Regional competition. 

After the frightening crash with a deer DeLuzio stood up and finished the 8km race.

According to Gwynedd Mercy Athletics website, DeLuzio's suffered minor bruises and his health is not in danger.
