110mH Olympic Champ McLeod to race 100m in Zurich Diamond League

Rio Olympics 110m hurdles champion Omar McLeod of Jamaica will contest in the 100m at the upcoming Diamond League meet in Zurich on September 1.
Jamaican hurdler is set to face some of the fastest sprinters in the world , such as Asafa Powell, Kim Collins, Michael Rodgers, Youssef Meite and other sprint stars. This will be a good chance for the 22-year-old McLeod his 9.99 second 100m personal best time he set this year in April in a low key meet in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Meanwhile double sprint Olympic champion Jamaican Elaine Thompson will face sprint super stars as Dafne Schippers, Allyson Felix, Veronica Campbell-Brown in the 200m dash.
