Candace Hill won her second gold medal at this year's world youth championships by winning the 200m final in a sensational time of 22.43 seconds (wind -0.07).
The old world youth record belonged to US sprinter Kaylin Whitney, who ran 22.47 seconds this year on May 28 in Eugene Oregon.
Silver medal in 200m final took Hill's compatriot Lauren Rain Williams setting a new personal best of 22.90, while bronze medal took South African's Nicole De Bruyn, who crossed the line in a new PB of 23.38 seconds.
Candace Hill now holds two world youth records. Three weeks ago in Eugene she set 100m youth record of of 10.98.
