The 19-year-old Cedenio took the win in the 400m race with a new personal best mark of 44.36 seconds beating Jamaica's Jovan Francis 45.54 and USA's Aldrich Bailey 45.63, who took 2nd and 3rd respectively.
Cedenio, who will turn 20 in September , improved his old personal best mark of 45.09 by 0,63 seconds. His new PB also seconds fastest this year in the world behind Olympic champion Kirani James, who leads the world list with 44.22 seconds.
