IAAF Approves Rio 2016 Qualifying Standards

The IAAF aproved the qualifying standards for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games at it's 198th council meeting in Beijing on Wednesday, April 15. Different from previous Oympics, instead of A and B standards, there is one automatic qualifying mark that athletes must reach in oreder to qualify for Rio 2016 Olympics.
