The second all time fastest 110m hurdler will go against French record-holder Pascal Martinot-Lagard, Russia's Konstantin Shabanov and Hungaria's record-holder Daniel Kiss. The rest of the field will be released soon.
Other big names that will contest in Russian Winter are Olympic 800m silver medallist Nijel Amos, Diamond Race 1500m winner Silas Kiplagat, world indoor high jump champion Maria Kuchina, world indoor 400m champion Pavel Maslak, former world 100m champion Kim Collins and US 100m champion Mike Rodgers.
The Russian Winter indoor meeting is scheduled for February 1.
