OUTDOOR USATF CHAMPIONSHIP- “I have been talking with my coach, and we have had some really good practices.  At Nationals there will be some great competitors.  I have been saying this all year, but I feel I am finally to the point that I am running my own race.  With the hurdles, you are always learning and figuring out what works for you. I feel that I am in the best shape of my life, and mentally, I am prepared to handle any challenges that come with competing.  Again, it will be exciting to run in guaranteed great weather and a fast track.  The ladies will give you fireworks.  Just exciting to be running in Sacramento, [Calif.].” - Two-Time Olympic Medalist Dawn Harper Nelson
