• Ryzhova Sets WL in 400m at Russian Champs

The world 4x400m gold medalist, Kseniya Ryzhova of Russia, set a new world lead in the 400m race on day 1 at the Russian National Indoor Championships in Moscow on Monday (17). 

Ryzhova set a time of 51.06 in the heat 2 bettering her won personal best indoors and setting worlds fastest time this year.

Rinas Akhmadiyev took a victory over 3000m in 7:59.81.

Yekaterina Voronenkova took the women's 60m final in 7.36 seconds.

Yelena Korobkina won the women's 3000m in 8:51.48.

Anzhelika Sidorovawon women's pole vault with 4.72m performance it's new PB and 3rd in the world in 2014.
