Bolt Arrives in Rome, Set for Golden Gala
Worlds fastest man, Usain Bolt, arrived in Rome on Monday, June 3 to race the 100m on Thursday May 6 at the Diamond League meeting (Golden Gala).
Last year in Rome, Bolt clocked a very fast 9.76 seconds to pick up his second consecutive win a the Golden Gala meeting.
Jamaican superstar started of his sprint season with two victories. First on March 31, Bolt won Copacabana 150m beach race in Brazil in 14.42 and on May 8 he clocked 10.09 seconds to win the Cayman Invitational 100m race.
Bolt's biggest Rivals in the race on May 6 will be two Americans, Justin Gatlin the bronze medallist in London and Michael Rodgers, who holds a season best time of 9.96 seconds.
