Track and field super-stars Elaine Thompson-Herah and Noah Lyles will headline Tom Jones Memorial Invitational on April 14 to 15.
Jamaica's double Olympic sprint champion Elaine Thompson-Herah will make her season opener in the 200m. She will face the likes of American Angie Annelus, who was fourth at the 2019 world championships final, Melissa Jefferson, and Canadian Kyra Constantine.
Noah Lyles, the world champion and Olympic bronze medalist, will run his first 100m and 200m this year. Two weeks ago at Pepsi Florida Relays, Lyles anchored his AdiPure 4x400m team to a World leading 3:02.98.
Another track start, Erriyon Knighton, who took bronze at last year's World championships, is entered in the 400m. Knighton clocked a wind-assisted (+2.1m/s) 100m lifetime best of 9.98 seconds in Florida on April 1.
Women's 100m hurdles world record holder Tobi Amusan is entered in the 100m and 100m hurdles.
