Frankfurt Marathon 2022 Results

Results for the Mainova Frankfurt Marathon, a World Athletics elite label road race, Sunday, October 30.

Kenyans Brimin Misoi and Selly Kaptich won the 2022 Mainova Frankfurt Marathon titles. Misoi won the men's title with a time of 2:06:1. He finished more than a minute ahead of his compatriot Samwel Mailu (2:07:19) and Ethiopian Derese Ulfata (2:07:30). IN the women's division, Kenyan women swept the podium as Selly Kaptich ran 2:23:11 for the win. Helah Kiprop was second with 2:24:40 3, and Jackline Chepngego concluded the podium at 2:25:14.
