Mo Farah will try to make the Tokyo Olympics place on the British team at the European 10,000m Cup, which also serves as British Athletics 10,000m Championships on Saturday, in Birmingham.

The four-time Olympic medallist must run inside the qualifying mark of 27 minutes 28 seconds and finish in the top two in order to be selected for the Tokyo Olympics.

The 38-year-old will be competing on the track for the first time since he won 10000m gold at the 2017 World championships.

Farah's biggest opponent for the win at British champs is Marc Scott, who clocked 27:10.41, the second-fastest 10000m on the UK all-time, in February.

It will be a very exciting race because Jake Smith, Emile Cairess, Kristian Jones, and Matt Leach are also capable of producing world-class times and make the GB team for Tokyo.

Here are the final start lists and how to watch the European 10000m cup live.
