High Schooler Justin Robinson Clocks 400m World Lead of 44.91

Justin Robinson (USA) who just graduated from high school, produced a stunning 44.91 in the men's 400m on Saturday at the sixth stage of the American Track League series in Marietta, Ga.

The high schooler Robinson edged Michael Cherry, the USA team member of 4x400m relay that won gold at the Doha 2019 World athletics championships, by 0.07 seconds.

The 18-year-old age group World Record for the 400-meters is 44.60 by Kirani James of  Grenada. 

Justin Robinson has the 17-year-old World Record with his 44.88 in June of 2019.
