Rome Diamond League (Golden Gala) Moved to Naples
Rome Diamond League meet has been moved from Rome to Naples, the meet organizers announced on Friday.
The World famous athletics meeting, Golden Gala, will take place at the brand new San Paolo Stadium, a track and field venue for 2019 Summer University Games.
Rome Diamond League meet was scheduled for Thursday, May 28. The iconic Rome Olympic stadium is undergoing a renovation for the 2020 Euro football cup and will not be ready to host the Diamond League meet in May.
