Sam Elison took second place in 1:15.20 while Kameron Jones crossed the line in 1:15.32 to take third place.
The 16-year-old Athing Mu shocked everyone by winning the women's 600m final in an American record and World lead of 1:23.57. Prerace favorite Raevyn Rodgers finished in second place in 1:24.88 as Olivia Baker concluded the podium with 1:26.93.
