Dog Battles Runner for the First Place in XC Race

During the 2016 men's NCAA Cross Country West Regional race a dog decided to challenge a runner for the title.  

Ultimately  Edward Cheserek from Oregon took the men's 10km title, while the dog dropped out of the race.
 
The men's team title captured Stanford with UCLA taking second and Oregon finishing in third.
