World's fastest man Usain Bolt will travel to Rio de Janeiro in August to defend his Olympic 100m and 200m and the 4x100m titles after he was added to the Jamaica Olympic team for Rio 2016.

Ten days ago Usain Bolt sustained a grade one hamstring tear while competing in 100m heats at Jamaican trials and as a result was forced to withdraw from further competition.

Nevertheless Jamaican Olympic committees chiefs decided  to select the  6-time Olympic champion for a 63-strong Jamaican Rio Olympics team.

The next race for Bolt will be on July 29 at Diamond League meet in London where he will race the 200m.
