Watch: Marathon cheat crosses the line to 'win' second place at Nairobi Marathon

A runner identified as 28-year-old Julius Njogu passes by another runner on the finish line to take second place at 2016 Nairobi Marathon in Kenya on Sunday, Octber 25. Just minutes later Njogu was accused of cheating. Before being arrested by the local police, Njogu was arguing with the race officials, who accused him off sneaking into the race for the last kilometre.
