The 22-Year-Old French mid-distance runner, who was also part of her country's DMR team at world relays championships in Bahamas, managed to dipp under 2 minute bareer for the first time in her career in the 800m. Lamonte set a new European lead missing this year's world's outdoor top mark by only 0.04 seconds. Second place in the race took Great Britain's Lynsey Sharp, who posted a solid seasons best of 2:01.93.

World indoor champion Kamila Licwinko of Poland won women's high jump with 1.96m equaling world leading mark. In second place was also a Polish high jumper Justyna Kasprzycka who jumped 1.94m.
Germany's world championships medalist and this year's world season leader, Christina Shwanitz, dominated women's shot put with her best toss 19,85m.
In the women's 400m Patience George clocked 52.74 seconds beating Polish pair of Malgorzata Holub 53.14 and Justyna Swiety 53.41.
Kenya's Edwin Kiplagat Meli took the men's 800m race with a time of 1:46.68, while Frenchmen Morhad Amdouni won the men's 1500m race in 3:40.24.
Elsewhere on the track, Julian Weber (GER) won the men's javelin with a mark of 81.1m. His teammate Johannes Vetter (GER) with a throw 80,22m took second.
Carlo Paech (GER) was the top pole vaulter clearing very a solid 5,70m.
