Jamaican super-star, Usain Bolt, put an end to his brilliant season at the final Diamond League meeting in Brussels on Friday as he won the 100m in 9.80sec.

Bolt, recovered from last month's world championships in Moscow where he won 3 golds, dominated the men's 100m field from the gun sub-10sec times.

Michael Rodgers (USA) took second clocking season's best of 9.90sec,while  Jamaica's Nesta Carter stole the third place in the last strides in the race to Justin Gatlin;  both athletes clocked 9.94.

"It's my last race of the season, the time's close to my season's best (of 9.77sec), I'm happy," said Bolt after the race.
