• Kemboi Wins Prague Marathon

Nicholas Kemboi of Qatar won the Prague International Marathon on Sunday while Caroline Rotich of Kenya claimed the women's race.

Kemboi pulled away about six kilometres from the end to complete the race in two hours, eight minutes and 51 seconds.

Kemboi said: "I'm satisfied. The race was tough, really."

Girmay Birhanu of Ethiopia finished second in 2:09:30 while and Patrick Kipyegon Terer of Kenya was third in 2:10:10.

Rotich finished in 2:27:00 ahead of another Kenyan runner Philes Moraa Ongori and Ehitu Kiros of Ethiopia.

The women's race winner Caroline Rotich of Kenya posted 2:27:00, her compatriot Philes Moraa Ongori in second 2:28:53. Ethiopias Ehitu Kiros took third clocking 2:30:02.
