America's Olympic champion from London, Aries Merrit showed a very solid performance as he took victory in the 110m hurdles in Berlin this afternoon. Merrit stopped the clock at 12.97 seconds. He has already run under 13 second barrier 9 times this season. Second place with 13.45 seconds another American hurdler Ryan Wilson and third Adrien Deghelt from Belgium 13.62.
In men's 400m hurdles, it was 34- year-old Felix Sanches from Dominican Republic that ran away in the final strides in the race to steal the victory from Jamaican Lefford Green. Felix clocked 48.89 vs Green's 49.06. The podium concluded hurdler from Belgium Michaël Bultheel with a performance of 49.30 seconds.
