Eaton Storms to 60m hurdles World Lead with 7.47

USA's Jarret Eaton clocked a new World leading time over 60m hurdles at Meeting National Des Sacres in Reims, France on Wednesday, January 31.

The 28-year-old American hurdler clocked a blistering 7.47 seconds to shave 0.02 seconds from his previous personal he set 6 years ago. Frenchmen Benjamin Sedecias and Simon Kraus clocked the same 7.71 seconds to take 2nd and 3rd place respectively. 

Marie Josee Ta Lou (CIV) clocked the fastest time in the women's 60m dash with 7.13 seconds.

Thimjmen Kuppers of Netherlands won the men's 800m race with 1;48.75 while Morocco's Rabii Doukanna took the men's 1500m with 3:41.99.
